Return & Refund Policy – Seasons of Life Candle Co.

At Seasons of Life Candle Co., each product is handcrafted with care using high-quality, natural ingredients. Because our candles and bath & body items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur, and we believe these small differences make each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal nature of bath and body products (including soaps, body butters, and scrubs) and for the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
  • For candles and unopened items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Allergen Notice & Product Sensitivity

All ingredients are listed on our product labels and/or website. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review ingredients carefully before use. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  1. Contact us at seasonsoflifecandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
  3. We will gladly replace the item or provide a store credit/refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or partially burned candles
  • Opened or used bath & body products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Please email seasonsoflifecandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
